Review

This program starts with Benny and his wife in bed in "The Ceiling". "Compulsive Liar" has Benny and Henry in the Doctor's office. Benny and Anna Dawson exchange parcels in "You Carry The Baby", and Benny visits the doctor again in "92".

The "Country Song And Dance" is a lacklustre segment and has a kind of "Lawrence Welk" quality to it with the corny costumes and dancing. This is the "opener" with the full cast of course and this segment really does nothing. There are no good jokes here at all.

This little angels segment is "The Birthday Party" with Sue dropping her little boy off at a birthday party. Benny plays the butler and serves ice cream to the kids and hands out balloons. The party is held on the front lawn and the kids jump rope, play darts and croquet. The kids also ride Benny like a horse.

Henry McGee interviews Mr. Scuttle in "The Daily Scuttle" and Scuttle discusses his upcoming tabloid newspaper. "The Perfect Marriage" features Benny crying about his marriage to policeman Henry McGee. Benny talks to the audience again in "The Most Asked Question" and introduces Hill's Angels. The only one I recognize is Sue and it's always nice to see her appear with the Angels.

"Sport" has the girls performing another aerobics influenced routine with boxing gloves. The girls play cricket, and Benny plays a little pool and then the girls dance in spandex bodysuits.

"Dining Etiquette" features Benny arriving late for an important dinner function. Benny has not had the opportunity to eat yet. He gets dinner in front of him but Henry McGee starts his speech and Benny must "improvise" so he can eat without Anna Dawson and Bob Todd catching him.

"Rover Just Bit Your Mother" has a dog biting Bob Todd (in drag) and Benny taking the dog to the vet. "Expecting" shows Bob Todd as a priest and a line of pregnant women, including Sue.

This program ends with "The Crook Report". Benny plays a tabloid news journalist trying to get an interview from a crooked business owner who owns sweatshops and abuses his employees. Benny, along with Henry, Bob Todd and Jon Jon Keefe break down the gate to the business owner's home and demand an interview. In the end, Benny, himself, is chased by other tabloid news journalists and asked to comment on his own code of ethics. Not a funny sketch, but an interesting point about peoples right to privacy and what rights journalists should have.

Overview

This is the last program in this collection. Louise is nowhere to be seen but Sue performs as a Hill's Angel. This program is also the worst on Disc 2 and is pretty much as bad as everything on Disc 1. Still, "The Crook Report" is an interesting sketch and I suspect that Benny had a few ideas for new material that he was still trying to iron out. Perhaps even a new direction for his comedy. Still, this is obviously later in the series and you can see that the ideas used here do not match up to what the show had once been.
